Welcome to Saratoga Women's Circle, a heart-led community founded by Jessica Haag —
a local mom, midwife and passionate advocate for women’s wellness and connection. Based in Saratoga Springs, NY, Saratoga Women’s Circle was created to bring women together through shared experience, wisdom, and support. This is a place for honest conversations, gentle healing, and deep connection — where every woman is welcomed just as she is.At the core of this endeavor are the women's gatherings, focused on birth education, postpartum support and discussion circles. These offerings are designed to empower, inform, and create a village for every woman — no matter where she is on her journey. Each gathering is an invitation to slow down, feel seen, and be held in a supportive and sacred space, while also having some fun.The following are offered to support you on every step of your journey:- Birth Preparation Circles to empower and educate you with the foundations of physiologic labor and birth for a fulfilling and confident birthing experience- Postpartum Support Circles to nurture your spirit and transition to motherhood as well as to share your birth story and parenting journey- Women’s Discussion Circles for caring conversation and the exchanging of our own inner knowing, struggles and triumphs, amongst a group of friendsSaratoga Women’s Circle is more than a gathering — it’s a movement to reclaim community, connection, and the beautiful rhythm of womanhood.Whether you're expecting, healing, growing, or simply seeking your people — you're warmly invited.
